Objective Display for Monday Made It!

How many of you are required to display your daily/weekly objectives in your classroom? I'm not really required, but it has been suggested. My problem...I'm not so great at keeping things like that up to date. I worry that I'll get so busy I won't update the objectives. And then I saw this adorable idea on Pinterest:

That is so stinking cute! Surely I'd be motivated to keep these up to date! Enter this week's Monday Made It project: Dollar Tree frames + cardstock + awesome pages I made = Tadaa!

They're laying on the concrete around my pool, which I should be in, but...there's so much to blog about! Anyway, I'm sharing the file with you! If you're addicted to polka dots and love owls, just click the text below the picture, and you'll be taken to the Google Doc. I did make a page that says Social Studies since I realize many of you may not teach Alabama History. :) Enjoy!

Thanks again, Tara for doing the Monday Made It Linky! I've loved all the great ideas!

  8. How did you learn how to create these? Do I need to take a class? I tried to download free frames, and it seems they opened in Adobe (which I don't have)...so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions for a newbie?

  10. Anonymous,
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting! I just sort of used the frames and backgrounds I downloaded and put them together the way I wanted them to look. I usually use ActivInspire to create my things, but a lot of people use PowerPoint. Kristen at Ladybug's Teaching Files has a great video tutorial that might help you get started: http://www.ladybugsteacherfiles.com/2012/04/designing-printables-with-powerpoint.html

Also, you can download Adobe PDF reader for free. Just google it. You'll need it to open up all the goodies out there :)Good luck and please let me know if you have any more questions. I'll be happy to help!

  11. Awesome idea! Do you haven an editable version? I teach in Spanish and I would need to change the labels on the frames. This is my email venegasnayeli@gmail.com
